As a sole proprietor operating from a private residence, no public physical address is listed. A postal address will be provided upon legitimate legal request.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

3. Products and Purchases

We offer physical products such as merchandise, CDs, and vinyl records through our website store.

By placing an order, you agree that:
 

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.


4. Returns and Refund Policy

CDs and Vinyl Records

In accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law:
 

• You may return unopened and unused CDs and vinyl records within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging.

• Opened CDs and vinyl are not eligible for return.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are not refunded.

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)

Merchandise is fulfilled through a third-party print provider. All merch returns and replacements are handled according to that provider’s return policy. Defective items may be replaced according to their rules. Change-of-mind returns for custom-printed items are typically not accepted.
 

5. Digital Products

Any digital products offered on the website:
 

• All digital purchases are non-refundable.

• Digital products are licensed, not sold.

• They are for personal use only.

• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

6. User Content and Conduct

User-generated content, including comments or uploads:
 

• You retain ownership of your content.

• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the site.

• You confirm that your content does not infringe upon third-party rights or violate any laws.

We reserve the absolute right to remove any user content at our sole discretion, without notice.

Termination does not release you from obligations incurred before termination.
